The Missoula trail is just a zig zag right up the mountain. Ours goes through trees and curves and whatnot. What town are you in?

Heya sensa, I would give anything to live somewhere that I could go dancing and whatnot! Let's trade :D And the picture was taken maybe four or five days after the operation.

I'm living at my parent's house for about another week, but I've been trying to move my stuff into my apartment but my car is in the shop so not only do I have no way to move, but no way to get to work OR the gym. It is driving me absolutely insane. I've only left the house for a 20 minute walk yesterday and I just can't take this.
 
Wow thats ultimate stress...moving is bad enough but without a car? I'll pray you get it back fast before you lose it cuz that was always my ultimate stress button pusher. I hate depending on other people when I have to do stuff.

Thanks for the dinner idea the other day...the veggies and chicken sound good...like a stir fry but no rice. My mom used to do stir fry all the time and I loved it. And yea I've just recently started eating Tilapia...so good and not too fishy. Great cuz I can take it frozen and throw it in a pan, quick and painless. :)
 
I got it back TEN MINUTES before I had to be to work. Ughhhhh. Such a bad day. So freaking stressfull. All of it. Thanks for stoppin' by. And moving is so darn stressful, but we all have to do it a few times in our lives. And you're welcome for the ideas. Stir fry actually is pretty good for ya, depending on what you put in it. Use a low sodium soy sauce, brown rice, veggies, and you're set!

Tortilla wraps

Snack:
Whey
Banana

Dinner:

Exercise: 30 minutes bike, 20 minutes weights, 25 minutes arctrainer (I felt like leaving after the first five minutes on my bike. Today was such a horrible day, I was in a crappy mood, and it was storming out... rain, wind, thunder and lightning. It just sucked. However, I just did it since I was in there (maybe it's because I have new shoes. They're nike. So I just did it.) Harrrr. Anyhow... I actually ended up going faster for more minutes on the arc by the end of the night as I had some weird random burst of energy. Not complaining there.)

Exercise so far this week: 6 hours, 25 minutes (385 minutes)

There is like this whole wall made out of mirrors right in front of the weights... and I think I look like I'm at least firming and pulling myself in tighter. Maybe it was just a trick of the light tonight. I haven't lost weight at all, so maybe I'm just hoping as much. But I really did feel like I looked ok.

Ya probually are looking better and toning up...I dont really loose weight but I look alot better than I did a cpl yrs ago and since I have started playing tennis my body has been changing...

Sorry you had a bad day at least you worked it off:) When does the b/f come ?
 
Hey Cerella, my boyfriend should be in town either tomorrow or the next day. However, I haven't talked to him in weeks as he doesn't have phone service where he's at so I really don't know for sure :( However, I may be sparse around here this week, or I may sneak on to post while...well... I don't know when. I plan on spending every second with him when I'm not at work.

My physical therapist actually came into where I work the other day and was telling me how great I looked to her. I don't think she would lie to me as she's always been really honest about things. It made me feel so good.

Lunch:

Yay for having compliments! Psh. I get nada... PLUS I work at a health food store where I get skinny little twigs that go, I just REALLY need to lose ten pounds... I'm a pretty damn good salesperson, so I don't think most people even notice how big I am, but for the ones who look at me and think, god what a cow!~ I just really wish they knew that I am probably healthier than they will ever be, lol. :rolleyes: Ahhh, but for the day that I get a friggin compliment, I cannot wait!
 
Jess, you work your ass off. That should be enough in itself! And you probably are healthier than all of them. I don't know about your town, but the ones around here like that usually don't work out.. they just barely eat.

hahaha...OR they WERE born NATURALLY unable to GAIN a LB if their LIFE depended on it!
 
Moving is a pain in the bum but at the same time the best way of getting rid of crap! I have moved tons... probably around 20 times (in 23 years) and plan on moving many many more times actually... because it is part of getting around and seeing the world.

Also twig people tend to be ugly and try to make up for ugliness by becoming thinner and thinner... but thin does not equal beauitiful... so they are just never going to get where they want to be!

Hahaha...THATS funny that YOU say that CAMY, cause I work in a SHOWROOM, where I deal with people all the TIME, and THE OTHER day, I got stared up and down, by a SKIIIIINY twig woman, with a HOT HUSBAND! The funny part was that WASN"T I supposed to be jealous of her......?!?!? HUH!?? I think she FELT so small, that SHE WAS almost NON EXISTANT....and her husband wasn't even being a RUDE jerk and staring at me in front of her for HER TO BE acting like that.....

...at the end...I just laid it down to...THE FACT that she DOESN'T like being that SKINNY!
