Hello lovely people! Well i properly started the "diet" (hehe) yesterday and so far .. (i know it has only been 2 days!) but i ate 800 calories yesterday and 700 today... i was fairly shocked actually, i was not intending to eat that less, as i have mainly been eating salads and meat to accompany it, but using fitday when i recorded the amounts and tallied it up i was very shocked... maybe its just me but im not starving myself but i thought 700 calories was quite a little amount
hmm! Im also very pleased as i went on two brisk 30 minute walks today and have just done 1 hour at 24mph average on the excersize bike, and i actually really enjoyed myself! I might do some weights later.. but i am very pleased with myself today!
I have decided to only weigh myself once every fortnight...as i dont want to get my hopes up and end up realising i have put on a few pounds.. its only natural to anyway!
