Yeah girl, Day 18 now - good for you!!!!

Wahhh, I'm still losing weight. Normally I'd be happy but I worry that I'm losing muscle mass :( Well I'll just focus on the positive and think about losing some fat too and that I'll kick ass when I get back to working out properly :)

So I'm 133.8lbs today. I was going for 132lbs on Nov 9th for my birthday challenge. So I have 2 weeks to lose another 1.8lbs. I'm not focused on dieting but I guess my body is adjusting to the change and I'm probably not quite back to eating maintenance calories. I'll see what happens!!
 
Hey Rachie! I didn't do as well on my 5K as I would have liked, but I had fun anyway! And Nov 9th is my girl friend from high school's b-day!! We're going to have a sushi dinner in Oakland that Friday! YAY!!! Lucky you having a b-day on a Friday! Anyway, hope you're having a good Monday!

Sushi dinner sounds awesome - I looooove sushi! Nov 9th is just a weigh in day for me though- I have another on Nov 28th and then my actual birthday weigh in on December 13th - I'm a sagittarius :party:

YAY for Sagittariuses! Or Sagittarii, I dunno.....lol! My b-day is a LONG way away (thank god I'm not ready to be 26!) but I'll check it out!
 
ohmygosh rachiebabes i hope youre okay... glass in the wrist area is so not a good idea! on the positive side maybe you will find this a great opportunity to really knuckle down on everything youre eating - not meaning that you arent eating right or anything but sometimes i find that if im going for a run later i'll allow myself a little bit extra of something when i really know i shouldnt!

Well it's been a while since my last post. It's been a frustrating month and whil my physio has been number one, the health and fitness regime has fallen short.... by a long way! I have been weighing in at about 134lbs but I feel like I'm made out of jello :)

My cast should be coming off soon and I feel as though it's time to get back on the wagon. I'm frustrated but am ready to put that feeling into something positive.

We have about 5 weeks left of this year. I began the year at 139lbs and I'd like to finish the year with more than 5lbs net loss! I have yo-yo'd once again this year. Despite that, I have weighed in less each year for the last 2 years and I'd like to do that this year.

Jan 2005 149lbs
Jan 2006 145lbs -4lbs
Jan 2007 139lbs -6lbs
Jan 2008 XXXlbs -Xlbs

I'm not setting a definitive goal this time because I'm not good at sticking to them! I just want to begin 2008 weighing less than I did last year :) Judging by the last two years 4-6lbs is reasonable. I am 5lbs less now so I must work before I go home and give in to some Christmas goodies.

set your goals manageable something you can check off on a list - rather than going for a specific number... go for behavior and the numbers will fall into place... :)
