OK so im very new to this.....probly only 30min registerd lol
i duno wher to start so i guess describing myself?lol
im 5'6'' and 12stone(168 pounds) and according to my BMI for my age height and sex (female btw!! lol) its saying im 27. basically overweight.now i dont look my weight but i certainly feel it.
id love to lose 2 stone (28 pounds) to get me down to 10 stone (140 pounds).
but unfortunately it doesnt happen overnight (damn)
even if i could fit back into my size 10 (EU) jeans again i would be happy.
ive tried excersise, dieting and even thought of hunger suppresant supplements (but i really dont wanna go down that road) but i often lose motivation half way through the diet and my job leaves me too tired to bother.
any advise or support from people is much appreciated. im all ears to suggestions!
