Today started pretty good. Woke up, had an apple, eventually have 4 baby carrots and a lean cuisine (chicken parmigiana). Then as a snack I had more carrots. Dinner rolled around and I made chicken breast (roasted in water and onion soup), broccoli and then WHAM, my mistake Mashed Potatoes and Gravy. On top of that I had a huge piece of cake. I feel awful now. I really hate this. I have such a huge problem with meal planning. I just love being full, stuffed I guess you could say. What I need are some healthy recipes, ones that I can do no problem. I hate cooking most of the time, so I like easy stuff. At my mother's place she has healthy cooking books, so on Friday I'll definitely be taking them! I need some guidelines for eating. I'm also going to REALLY try and get some money for a gym membership. I really want to look and feel better. So bad...
