Hi im 15 years old, 5'7 and 128 pounds, i enjoy basicaly all cardio excercises,weight lifting and dieting. My question to yall is how to get a 6 pac. i know that geting abs dosent come from ab excercise but it comes from dieting and im below the average weight of my age and height so i know i dont have to lose anymore weight. I do excercise my abs by doing crunches,6 inches,jack knifes, bycicles,leg raises etc..but i can only manage a 4 pac. i have been focusing on abs for the past month 1/2(prob. more)but still cant get the lower pac.I also read that when you do ab excercises flex your abs why doin them to get the lower pac more toned(wich ive been doing) but no results...should i continue just working out my abs?,got any ab excercises i can add to my routine? thx to anyone who replys
