Quick Question for Hard Gainers

Hey guys, if you are not a hard gainer, i'll still really appreciate your advice, i just think getting an answer from a hard gainer will help satisfy my curiousity due to similar gaining styles or whatever, anyways, i'm now using a weight gainer, "muscle juice", which i consume after a workout, i perform maximum weight, full body workouts everyother day and take creatine everyday, i eat as healthy and calorie/carb/protein filled foods as i can. Now after my life story, lol, what i really want to know is, how much does a weight gainer really help?

The best weight gainer I know is about cytogainer.

Try Cytogainer + Peanut Butter. Huge amount of calories. You will get big.

Weight gainers are just protein suppliments with a crap load of sugar added; they aren't worth the money. Just use plain whey and eat more in general

I had a really hard time gaining weight for years but last year I decided to approach my eating in the same way I approach lifting (focused and aggressive) with my goal of hitting calorie and protein targets every day.

CCR is right. Weight Gainer really isn't that great for you. Get some Whey Protein instead and have a Calorie Surplus and you should be gaining weight in no time!! Thats what worked for me!

ive been on weight gainers, ive took everythin u can think of lol.. and yeh didnt do anything for me i wasted alot of money, now all i eat is real food and i have a protein bar/drink for workouts,

Just second-ing everyone else here.. Weight gainer is basically a load of sugar and some protein I think, depending on which you get.. Still, there's no substitute for a (clean/dirty/whatever since you said you're a hardgainer) calorie surplus and weight training!..

aggree,no such thing as a hard gainer, just a poor eater.

Just agreeing with what had been said. When I was trying hard to gain weight I starting drinking protein shakes and eating more often and it did wonders for me.

Some people don't believe in "hardgainers" so to speak. Genetics aren't the end all factor of success from weight training. You might ask goergen, I tihnk I read one of his posts where he said he used to be like 100 pounds and is not 200 some. Or maybe I'm tihnking of someone else. anyway, he might be able to help you gain weight.

Otherwise I agree with everything else said here. Weight gainers like that are useless.

Calling yourself a hardgainer is just another excuse for not working hard/eating a lot.

Fact of the matter is, if there is a caloric surplus you will grow, simple as that.
Some people have to eat 3000Kcal to achieve this, some have to eat 6000 and others have to eat even more.
