Question...

Hey all, I'm brand new here and I have a question. I know that when you're trying to get in shape it's good to drink a lot of water. What I want to know is if carbonated water is acceptable. If the water has nothing in it other than CO2 to make it fizzy, is it just as good as plain water or is it bad? Thanks in advance.
 
I thinks its not as good because when you exercise (i.e move around), a lot of fizzing goes on inside you, which produces a lot of gas!!

I dont know if it hydrates you as effectively as still water though? :S
 
i tried doing some research on the subject because i was kinda curious myself, but i came up blank. The only places i ever found it mentioned was to add it to health meals ...
