I'm 17 years old, 145 lbs, 12% bf.
I do a FBW every other day. I've been bulking for the past few months and put on 10 pounds. I don't want to lose any weight, however I'd like to get my bf to 10% or enough so my abs show. Is that possible? I try to stay away from cardio because I don't want to lose weight, but is there a good routine for what I want? Maybe cardio on off days until my bf is 10%?
