i hate doing cardio... its just not my thing but if i keep working at the gym with weights and eating carefully.. do i still need to cardio in order to get cut and lose fat?
You'll need to do some, eventually, but doubt very seriously you need to do anything close to what most people generally do. I sure as heck don't do barely any cardio in prep for my competitions. Of course...your diet has to be totally dialed in.
yeah, diet is probably more critical to cutting that low. but if you're just sitting around the house, it won't happen.
if you feel you have a fast metabolism, then you won't need much cardio. but if you have a slow metabolism (easily gain weight) then you'll probably wanna step up the cardio a little.
