Hello, im not usually one for this... but quite lately i've packed on a few pounds. I'd say im a little overweight, but am not where i'd like to be. I have some man boobage going on, and am starting to get some love handles. Tommorow i'll update with pictures, but for now it's just text.
Alright, im a pretty athletic person always have been, right before summer I packed on some pounds weighed around 205 roughly, and started being more active. Then dropped down to around 195 and that's where I am right now. I am 6'0 - 6'1. I recently started run/ jogg/ walk 4 miles everyday. Here's an observation about myself. I'd consider my metabolism fine. I have been eating out food somewhat. (Bagel Bites + Today In-N-Out [Protein Double Double]). I'm just sick of feeling this nastyness around my stomach/ upper chest/ overall. I can run everyday, however once I stop for something it's hard to get back to it. So i've read numerous post's/ information about man-boobs and they say it has to do with your body fat percent well.. I want to get it down, I don't want to take advice from people who are overweight (some of my family that I live around). So I figured i'd ask here.
P.S. If I sound demanding or redundant sorry i'm in a bit of a rush. Anyways any suggestions on what I should eat/ watch out for/ excercise? Oh, and like I said before I am pretty active it's just i'd like to have a course set for myself so I can make this go by as smoothly as possible. My temporary weight goal is for 180 for now. Then drop it down to 170 until I hit my visual/ physical results im longing for.
