if you can, get it done professionally. or you can buy some cheap skinfold calipers and do it yourself. probably wont be as accurate but you'll have a rough idea
Calipers are pretty accurate, moreso than electronic tests - they're your best option unless you want a very accurate measurement. I believe a water tank test is the most accurate.
