Question

i know this sounds a bit vague, but how do i loose weight/fat, without losing my muscles that i have and still work out on?

like i guess my real question is: what should i avoid doing that most people may do when they want to lose weight/fat?
 
Healthy diet is key. Heavy on the protein and good carbs, light on the fats, sugars, processed foods, fast food etc.

5-6 small meals during the day. Drink plenty of water, keep lifting heavy, and get enough rest.

Most people stop eating or do not eat enough when they want to lose fat. That actually makes them eat their muscle :(

So eat often and eat well. Keep strength training and continue cardio. Just eat enough and you'll be fine.
