currently at the gym when i do things such as cable pulls and free weights, i can feel my pecks (spelled correctly?) tightning and working out... but problem is i have a bit of fat behind my nipple (just under the pecks) so that it looks like boobies
ive used as much equip as i can find, but all of it only works pecks and not that area, is it because theres no muscles there?
if not whats the fastest way i can reduce it?
