Depends on your diet and routine. Some people, genetically, have an easier time of it, and conversely, some people have a tougher time.

To get bigger faster, you'll want to focus less on long/endurance cardio (which causes catabolism - the breakdown of muscle) and you'll want to get a LOT of calories and protein.

You may also want to look into supplementation. Can make a huge difference.

i box about 2-3 times a week is that long/endurance cardio? i just do light sparring and the heavy bag and speed bag..i already take creatine nox2 and protein shakes and eat every 3 hours..do you think i can gain about 10 lbs of muscle in 3 months?

10 lbs of lean muscle in 3 months is pushing it... if you want size you need to lift heavy, when i say heavy i mean 4-6 reps of all out war against the weight your pushing/pulling... lots of protein!! 10-20 grams more then your body weight... creatine will help you look bigger but it really retains water so youll need to drink a ton of water... like 4-5 liters a day...

Fil was right about the cardio... that will actually make you smaller... think of a marathon runner... skinny right?? now think of a sprinter? big and muscular... you want to pack on muscle lift heavy and eat like crazy!! think of chicken, eggs, steak, and cheeses as your best friends!! eat eat eat!!!
