QUESTION!!! :) .. routein... :)

decided to make my own routein!!
4 sets x 5-10 reps at about 6-11RM with about a minute rest.


monday:
-upright row
-military press
-bench press
-bent over row
-deadlifts
-chin-ups
-bicept curls
tuesday:
-squats
-leg curls
-calf raises
-dips
-skull crushers
-wrist curls
wednesday: REST
thursday:
-upright row
-military press
-incline bench press
-bent over row
-deadlifts
-chin-ups
-preacher curls
friday:
-squats
-good-mornings
-calf raises
-dips
-close grip bench press
-wrist curls
SAT&SUN: REST


ANY GOOD???
 
If you're trying to do an upper/lower split, than stick to upper and lower. Don't mix and match.

Kinda looks like you're overworking some stuff 'eh?

Try:

Upper
Lower
OFF
Repeat
 
its not just that being worked 2x a week though.. everything is...??

i dont know what back goes under upper ?? or lower?? ccuz lower would have nothing and uppher would have too many.. so i evened it out would that b really bad?
 
Most back is upper, but if you're talking deads than it matter what kind of deads your doing.

Weighted dips
BB curls

Tuesday:
Squats
Hack squats
Roman Deadlifts
Seated calf raises

Wed:
off / cardio

Thursday:
Military press
Incline BB press
Chinups
Skull Crushers
Pinwheel curls

Friday:
Deadlifts
BB Lunges
Leg curls
Standing Calf raises

Saturday and Sunday: Rest/cardio
