question on my workout

i found that i wasnt really working till failure which i wanted to do, so what i did was i went to the gym and worked out
tricep
bicep
legs
back
chest

twice each

i decided to work out 3 times in a week.
monday - light workout
wednessday - light workout
friday - (what i mentioned above)

do u recon i will be overtrainning, the session on friday took me about 2 hours (but i did boxing aswell )

Why are you going light on Monday and Wednesday? If you want to do a fullbody routine most all of your exercises should be compound....saves time.
Example- Bench- Tri's,lats,chest,front delts
Row-Back,bi's
Military Press-shoulders, tri's
Squat- leg's,back
Pull-ups- lats,bi's
Now with that^ you've hit each muscle group at least twice bt only used 5 movements.
 
cause i only go gym once a week and on monday and wednessday i workout at home and i only have 100lb weights (dumbells and barbell)
 
Your workout should be no longer than an hour,though I don't think you can really overtrain in one day unlesss you're going on for hours.
