question on my routine

My routine is

800 leg lifts
5 x 10 bench
3 x 10 curls (ez)
3 x 10 tricep pulldown
4 x 21 curls (ez)
4 x 10 reverse curls
4 x 10 military press
4 x 10 pec deck
4 x 10 back lat
4 x 10 lying barbell extension behind for triceps

3 days a week

and all the other days of the week im not usign weights,

800 leg lifts
5 x 25 pushups
5 x 25 dips
5 x 50 situps
5 x 50 bicycles

My question is am i doing to much that will prevent as much growth as i can possibly get?

and why am i always hearing people do 4 or three sets of benching and never 5
 
chances are if you can do 5 full sets you're using too little weight.
 
i weigh 140 bench 180

well i dont always get 10 10 10 10 10..thats what i try
i get like 10 9 9 8 7 ya no
i wait to get 5 x 10 to move up
