In Oct. when I started lifting I was squatting 160lbs. I've been gaining on that and tonight I'm adding 10 lbs going from 230-240. I've been doing 3 sets of 8. This may be part question and part bragging.
But, what is a good amount of weight to increase? Figuring it up, its not but just less than 5 lbs per week. Now that doesn't sound as impressive to me. Oh well, the question still stands.
