Question on hte AB Scissor and Abs

Well, to start off, Im 19 soon to be 20. Im 6'3 Around 240. I am mostly doing tone weight lifting, and low weight high rep stuff. I have a membership to a Huge Gym. Run about 2-3 miles a day on a elliptical machine that or 40mins. I do martial arts everyday. Heres my question. I can feel and notice the muscle gain everywhere cept one place, my stomach. I was sitting in my chair and i saw that Body by jake guy. Anyone used that Ab Scissor thing he says is so great. Its almost summer time and I came from about 275-280 to my 240. And I cant seem to get any kinda good result in the gym with my stomach and my "love handles" sry I dont kno the proper term lol. I do have a gut and its need to be gone. Mostly jsut asking if this Ab thing rly works. And if its worth it. If not, do i need to work thme harder, Do i need more Carido?, I kno one thing is wrong, with working 30 Hours a week and gonig to college full time its hard ot eat rgiht..and I usually end up eating fast food. And having maybe 1 to 2 meals a day. That my problem? Rly looking to get my Chest and Stomach into proper shape. Any advice and or opinions on that machine or wat would be a better alt. to an ab work out would be much thanked.
