I recently discovered that 2/3 of the muscles in your upper arms are tricep's, and only 1/3 are bicep's. Prior to knowing this I did 3sets of 20pushups&15diamonds.
My question is, to build my arms faster, should I switch it to 20diamonds & 15pushups?
Any insight/help would be much appreciated! ^_^
