My brother is 14 years old. Currently a freshman in high school. He is 5'6 115 pounds and just started weight lifting. He does a full body workout 3 times a week. He has been lifting for a month.
He does bench press, pushups, dumbbell flys, pull ups, bent over rows, 2 tricep exercises, regular curls, hammer curls, military press, and lateral raises. He doesn't do his legs because he is on the soccer and basketball team, which is enough for his age right now.He thinks he wont' grow. I told him just to keep doing that type of routine and eating his A** off, and he will slowly start to grow. He hasnt even hit his growth spurt yet, which is coming soon. He doesn't believe me. Can some1 reassurre him that hes on the right track.
