I'm hoping you might be able to help me out too. (This is my first post
) So here's the deal. I eat very healthily (well, I think I do at least... you never know these days, sheesh!) but have trouble incorporating exercise into my daily routine. I'd really like to start working out and am contemplating my different options. Could everyone who reads this who has been doing HIIT for a prolonged period inform me of your track record? I'm considering starting it up and would really appreciate a succinct log of how effective it is before I start any kind of plan.
I'm not trying to lose weight (I am 5"8' and weigh about 120 so I realize that no weigh needs to be lost!) I just want to be more toned since right now I am quite "loose".
So if it's not too much trouble, please post your HIIT workout and how often you do it. Any kind of progress or comments you have about how it makes you feel, or whatever would be welcome and greatly appreciated!
