i work 9am-7pm everyday, and when i get home my parents usually are watching TV and what not so i cant work out as it will disturb them. my question here is, is it bad for me / not benifitial if i work out at like 12am-1am?
i wake up at 9 am, mix up a shake
eat lunch around 1-2pm
mid afternoon snack at 4 or so
dinner aroung 6-7
and sometimes snack at about 9pm then workout when i can(sometimes at 12-1am) then sleep and repeat
