Question about gaining 6-pack

So heres the question. Im 16 5-11 1/2 168 lbs withe around 20% body fat. I have a flat stomach and on certain days my abs are semi visible. Im trying to get that "6-pack" before the end of summer if at all possible. Not ultra definded just visible. is all im looking for. Oh nd my diet consists of no beef or pork.
 
Hmm, what ever u used to measure that was waaaay off.

- Clean diet (80% success)

- Regular strength training (supersets, full body workouts, i find them most effective)

- Cardio (HIIT works best, though i hate all most cardio so i do light weight work, boosts the metabolism)

believe it or not 20% lol or so says my highschool. Im a lead weight heavy but skinny as hell. And i dont work out. im one of those natural athletes or w.e. What type of excercises do u recommend?
