Question About Fitday

For all the people who use it, i was wondering, in the activities section, do you add however long you sleep to it each night? I wasn't sure if it meant any time you sleep or just like if you take a nap during the day or something.

wow I didn't realize sleep was an 'activity' there.

No, don't put it in. Only count activities that are above and beyond what you listed as your activity level on the main setup. Whatever you select as your activity level will 'assume' a certain level of activity for the whole day. So, going to the gym, cardio, bike rides with the family, sex (yep, its listed) and so forth.

I have no idea why napping is listed, since it consumes no more (and probably fewer) calories than sitting at a desk.

See the only reason i ask is cuz if i have sleep listed it says i burn about 2600 calories on weightlifting days, but if i dont' include it, it says i burn around 3000. Does this sound about right? Cuz it seems to me that 3000 calories is a lot considering weight lifting is just about the only thing i do throughout the day. Also, some people sleep longer than others so if you sleep longer you'd think you'd burn less calories, right?
