Hi again
I am a little confused about something.
I know that I have to eat a certain amount of calories in a day so i don't end up storing the fat i have. I can eat 2000 Calories to maintain so I cut out 400 to lose because I know with my cardio I burn at least 100-200 calories with my workout. I have reach a stoping point in weight loss and I wanted to push more with my cardio routine. How much in your diet do you have to make up for what you burn, it seems kind of pointless to keep raising my eating amount to match my workout amount. Is extra calories burned with workout to be included as much in how many calories you need. Do I really need to go above 1600 calories? I just don't understand making up the burning of calories in a workout with eating more.
