Question about arm strength

Are both your arms equally as strong? My right arm is hindering most of my other workouts especially benching. Since I'm pretty new still , what do you suggest I do to make that arm stronger?
 
I agree. I don't think you will ever get them to be exactly 100% the same....but you can come pretty damn close. Its a neurological thing...
 
It's not necessarily because your one arm is weaker than the other, it's because you utilize and are more proficient with one arm over the other.

The easiest way to solve the problem is to use dumbels as stated above, this will make you focus on doing the correct movement for the arm that you're having trouble in.
 
start using dumbbells, and begin each set with the 'weak' arm first. its more about a 'lack of control' over the muscle than a real weakness. start with it first so you have more mental focus to control the muscle.
