week 2
Same as above, but with antagonist training (2 minute rest)
So Bench/Bentover row
So Bicep Curl/ Tricep Extension
So Squat/Deadlift



does he mean.:

week 2
workout 1
Sets: 3, Reps: 5, Rest: 1 minute, Load: 86%
bench
bentover row
bicep curl

workout 2
Sets: 3, Reps: 8, Rest: 1 minute, 30 seconds, Load: 78%
bench

Tell you the truth, I have no idea what he means by antagonist training.
I looked at the info he wrote and he is referencing from Chad Waterbury on T-Nation.com.
I would either send a message to jmanjman47 OR get to the source and read the article outlined by Waterbury.

Be careful with "cookie cut" programs.

Sounds like supersets to me. Instead of doing all sets of bench press, then moving to bent over rows, you superset the two. 1 set of bench press, 1 set of bent over row, 1 set of BP, 1 set of BOR, and so on... then move to the next two exercises and superset them.
