Well I finally got round to starting my diary thread.
Today is day 7 of of my efforts, and although I said I wanted to only weigh once a week, I caved in and got on the scales today. (Hey, 6 days isn't too bad I just wanna avoid the twice daily urge!)
3lbs down!! So I'm happy.
I know it's always quite easy to lose the first week, but it's good motivation to keep up the work isn't it.
I'm not expecting much of a loss this week as at the weekend I am attending a music festival and will be eating naughty food!
But I can at least work to keep from putting any on.
I only went to the gym once this week as unfortunately I got involved in a car crash on the way home from work one day. Luckily no-one was seriously hurt but my neck and back have been giving me grief so a workout hasn't really been an option. It's starting to feel better now though so hopefully this week I'll go a few times.
Anyway I get to move my ticker now.
