Hey!

Well I finally got round to starting my diary thread.

Today is day 7 of of my efforts, and although I said I wanted to only weigh once a week, I caved in and got on the scales today. (Hey, 6 days isn't too bad I just wanna avoid the twice daily urge!)

3lbs down!! So I'm happy. :hurray: I know it's always quite easy to lose the first week, but it's good motivation to keep up the work isn't it.

I'm not expecting much of a loss this week as at the weekend I am attending a music festival and will be eating naughty food! :blush5: But I can at least work to keep from putting any on.

I only went to the gym once this week as unfortunately I got involved in a car crash on the way home from work one day. Luckily no-one was seriously hurt but my neck and back have been giving me grief so a workout hasn't really been an option. It's starting to feel better now though so hopefully this week I'll go a few times.

Anyway I get to move my ticker now. :D
Hope everyone else is doing well! xx

Hi all,

Just checking in to say I haven't dissapeared off the planet (or given up!) just been very very busy! :ack2:

I haven't lost any more weight the last couple weeks :( but I have managed to not put any on which is all I could ask for really considering I have attended a festival, couple of meals out and a few other "naughty eating" events!! Hopefully I can give it my all for the next few weeks though as there is nothing coming up to tempt me...!

I hope everybody else is doing well, I will take a moment to try to catch up on people's diaries now.

Have a good week all! :) x

Hey girl! Sounds like you are doing awesome even with the "naughty" food. Love that saying, I might have to steal it.

Maintaining is always better than gaining, especially going places like that. Congrats for you!

Good luck and have a fun weekend!

Hello world :waving:

Just thought I'd point out I haven't really gone anywhere, just been having a few problems with our net lately. :blush5:

Still keeping up with exercise etc and feeling good about my efforts this time around, as I am thinking very long-term and so far I haven't started to feel impatient or or tempted to give up.

I'm a bit at a loss as to what is happening on the scales at the mo, as I have seen a few lbs drop off and then reappear  I have been "good" with my eating habits so I can only think this is a little muscle gain due to the exercise...? I am keeping positive, anyway. As long as I'm eating right and exercising it has to go my way eventually! :D
