Progress has been steady enough, give or take a couple of plateau periods. I tend to lose my sizes pretty steadily, when I'm losing, but when that stops, I wind up regaining an inch or two and hovering there, which RUINS my positivity about the sizes lost.
Well, I am still dropping the sizes, I'm working down into the 2x clothing pretty steadily now, and my 3x clothing is starting to look pretty oversized on me. This is a good thing
I can work with the knee thing (it's a little swollen, but I worked tonight) but it will take a few days to "recover" as much as it ever does. I had to skip out on Truffle hunting today because walking in the woods seemed like a pretty bad idea since I just dinged myself up yesterday. I've never been and was really looking forward to it, but maybe I'll get to go in a week or two, eh?
I have been pretty badly messed up in the past from knee issues; to the point of essentially being carried off. I've spent a few days laid up, and one wasted trip to the ER because of it. "Stay off your leg, give us $500."
Anyhoo, I'm okay, just on "light duty" or some crap like that.
