Q about muscle growth while sleeping

This may be a dumb question, or a good question depending on how you look at it. Lets say 2 people work out their chest. When it comes time to go to bed, one person sleeps on their back and the other on his chest. Who would have the best muscle growth? (I always sleep on my chest).
 
I don't think it matters, but I don't know for sure. I've never heard of anyone recommending a certain sleep style for more muscle growth. I'd just sleep however you're comfortable.
 
yeah that sounds like something you would read in a mis informed fitness magazine trying to sell copies. I have not noticed any difference i sleep in all kinds of positions. Just be sure you are getting plenty of sleep!
