Hi I am Laura, am 30 years old, I live in Switzerland with my australian husband and our very young daughters. I started a diary on here before but that was about 20lbs ago and I am feeling too GREAT for all of that doom and gloom I felt in my fattest pants ever!
My highest weight was 121kg (266.8lbs)(19st)
My starting weight on WLF (1st August 2010) was 116kg (255.7lbs)(18st.3lbs)
My Current weight is 106.6kg (235lbs)(16st11lbs)
My weight loss so far from highest weight is 14.4kg (31.8lbs) (2st3lb)
My weight loss since joining WLF is 9.4kg (20.7lbs)(1st6lbs)
Just looking at the numbers makes me feel great! I have a big journey ahead of me to get to my 1st goal weight of 171lbs but I now KNOW I can and will get there.
Positive thinging and a dynamic change of attitude are seeing me through the challenges and my friends, family and this forum are helping me with the rest! I plan on getting a regular user of the celebration smileys!
Mini Challenges this month: anyone can join me!
*take minimum 25g of fiber each day
*join the gym before the snow comes
*walk if I can, leave the car at home!
*stop boring my RL friends with my indulgent enthuiasm bursts regarding my new found healthy lifestyle.
*improve my english in order to make my diary reflect the crazy happy, swirling around the room with my kids feeling I get when I look in the mirror and see this butterfly that has spent nearly 20 years in a cocoon of fat.
