put together a new routine

every other day....

-chest/triceps
bench press
incline press
close grip bench press
tricep pushdowns
overhead DB extensions
DB flys

-back/biceps
bent over rows
shrugs
BB curls
DB hammer curls
...need to add a few, any opinions?

-legs/shoulders
squats
leg curls
calf raises
seated DB press
lateral raises
bent over laterals

On which routine would I do deadlifts and or pullups?

Any suggestions are welcome

3 pressing movements and 1 pulling movement=not good. More arm movements then anything. Ever thought about a fullbody or 2 day split?
 
i had a fbw routine but i thought it was too much in one workout...a 2day split would be nice...ive read, and read, and read, yet i still fail to put together a good routine. Would anyone like to help on a 2day split with the workouts ive listed above including dips, pullups, and deadlifts?
