Put that down, fatty!

Great work on the .5 lbs. It all adds up and with the 2 lbs last week your still averaging over a pound a week.

Lose 2.5 lbs every two weeks and you'll lose 65 lbs in a year which means that in about 3 years you'll be right back to your birth weight ;)

Every loss is worth celebrating

I agree with everyone Sunny- EVERY loss is a step in the right direction, no matter how small!!!

Good luck on your perfect week!!!

Thanks lovelies, I feel better :grouphug:

Was very good last night--apart from the drinking! Had left over spag bol before bed. And then today I've had pasta n sauce (syn free) and a muller lite yog. I'm being cooked for tonight. Steak, sweet potato wedges and veg. So should be a good day!!

And it'll be a 3 mile walk :) xx

Thanks my lovelies. Will do a long post now, I promise! I've not been around much.

So things have been soooooper stressful since I last posted properly. Obviously Conor's brother dying meant that Conor had to go back to Arizona for 10 days so I was home alone, worried about my Yank and facing enormous pressures at work. The pressures at work are not subsiding at all. I work as a teaching assistant at a special needs school and at the beginning of the term (Sept) I was moved to a new class to cover maternity leave and I'm just not liking it. Really big personalities among the staff and I feel very unconfident and unsure of myself which is not like me at all. I just feel like I'm killing myself working my ass off and not getting any appreciation for it, but I guess that's how it's gonna go until I figure something else out. Just very tiring.

I've also quit my second job but have taken on a volunteer job as a Scout Leader at the same Scouts my autistic boy goes to (couldn't keep away, even after quitting the job with him!!!) so I've taken on a ton more work and am just drinking way too much to deal with the stress and not sleeping/eating right. I'm surprised I lost 3lbs last week.

That being said, Conor is now in a better frame of mind and we went for a 10 mile walk through the country on Saturday so that should drop a little bit of weight, hopefully! I was shattered the day after!

So food is not great. I've been exercising way more but eating a lot of pasta, cheese, home-made casseroles with rice etc. Very carby. So will have to see how slimming world goes on Weds. Wont be holding my breath for a good loss!!

Lost 3lbs last week but put 2lbs on this week so need to get backkkkkk to logging my food. 3 steps forward, 2 steps back at the moment and it can't carry on!

Yep whenever I don't log N2 my diary I seem to slip 2, but the 3 lb loss is excellent!

:hurray:

I hope you have a good walk. Going on your own or with Conor? I do hope he's continuing to feel a bit better each day.

As for you, Miss Hana- I hope to see you on this site more often! I am trying to be here more often (with some new fitness goals) and keeping up with your news is something I have always looked forward to!

A loss of three and a gain of two still leaves you one pound ahead of the game, right?

Hugs
