Put that down, fatty!

Mwhahahaha! Thanks my beauties! I'm feeling pretty good today. I went out on the razzzz last night and drank quite a bit but had quite a few low calorie drinks before I eventually went onto the wine! I was at around 500 calories for the day before dinner out and I had a few chips (maybe 8-10 :p) and then I had a cheese panini that was 416 according to the menu. So not too mad at myself!

Yesterday was crazayyy! I had a kid that is a little shit to everyone else but really good with me but he was a NIGHTMARE yesterday. Was wearing flip-flops expecting a nice slow shift but ended up running through a forest and through fields. He's a runner. So I'm exhausted. But must of burned some calories!! And then on my last shift I did another 35 mins of walking. So all in all, yesterday was pretty darn good!

Going to meet my boss now to do the Just Dance thing on the Wii and then go for some lunch. We're both on the diet so will be healthy choices!

Breakfast: hangover twiglets! (163)
Lunch: sausage, egg (no yolk), beans, 1 slice bacon (700 approx)
Dinner: rice (260) garlic bread (200)
Snacks: pom bears (97) fruit smush thingy (64)

Hey Han, glad to see you're doing well!

I've joined weight watchers, after thinking about it for ages. I'm really glad I did - it's so freaking motivating. I've eaten well all week even though we've had chocolate cake just sat there in our kitchen the whole time!

Just went for breakfast/lunch. Was deliiiicious. Had 2 sausages and bacon and beans but gave away my toast so not too bad. Brought some great food at ASDA as well. Some squeeze pouches full of like fruit mush. Sounds nasty but they are really nice--Meant for young kids though! Got some salad and WW spag and stuff as well. And some seeds. I do like my seeds! :coolgleamA:

Got work in a few hours (BOOOO!) so might have a little nap to avoid snacking and then have dinner at 7:30 when I get home. Might just have something like a salad and a wrap cus I'm STUFFED from lunch.

And then Yank is at work until 10pm so I'm gonna have a relaxing evening watching TV and dyeing my hair ice blonde! Need a brighter colour for Summer! I'm naturally quite light blonde but as soon as it's greasy (even after just a day) it goes all dull and lifeless so I'm gonna go bright blonde and then get it cut shorter for Summer. Get some sexy layers in!
 
I have like 173 calories left over without going over my 1200. *cries*

Had a really bad shift. Very sad. Want ice cream. Will resist :(
 
Thanks Amy--I do love ice cream when I'm in a bad mood! Wanna come and make that for me?! :p Having a diet coke right now instead though

I worked out the calories EXACTLY (well, as exactly as I can) for my grilled breakfast and it comes out around 550. So have a few more calories to play around with. Think will have WW spag on one bit of toast or something. Not actually feeling very hungry right now though. :nopity:
 
How come you're sticking to such low cals? I bet you could still lose eating 1500-1600kcal a day. I was definitely converted from low calories after reading one of the stickies about giving yourself some room for when you're further down the line and need to reduce your calories even further (I tried to find what I was thinking of but couldn't).

Hey Gorgeous!!! I'm so happy that you are back on the WW boat! Good for you! I still suscribe to them online, yet have not been necessarily counting my points lately, though. Still smashing down though!

Sounds like you are working like crazy!! :gnorsi: Especially with those kids! LOL! I was a chaperogne this past week of 5 year olds at the zoo & boy are they crazy!!! :svengo: All in all, it was an experience!!

Yeah, you're right Holly--Probably don't need to be as low as 1200 but if I aim for that at least I wont go too badly over if I have a bad day. Whereas if I aim for 1600, I'll eat all of those calories and then if I go over it's a little more damaging. If I go like 300 over 1200 it's not a big deal but I like to aim low and then go over that if I have to! Will have a hunt for that sticky though!!!

Anywayyy, it's pissing it down with rain here and I have a night shift tonight so I'm not going to do any exercise today apart from a dash round town to pick up some DVDs and pull some cash out. Just can't be arsed with getting wet and cold right now!

Taking some healthy snacks to my night shift. Going to work out my calories so that everything I eat from now until 12am will count towards todays calories and then everything from 12am-7am (when my shift ends) will count towards tomorrows calories, as I usually sleep through breakfast/lunch when I've done a night.
 
Hi Hana, Glad to see your making a renewed effort :) Its a good idea moving your diary back to this one if you felt the old one was being a bit negative.

Get packing! The last two times I've moved I hadn't even finished packing the morning of the move lol, all the clothes were thrown in duvet covers in the end eeeek, so it tonight and it will be a lot less stressy believe me!

Oh god, it must be a nightmare being responsible for a kid who has decided to run away, you must have been going out of your mind.

Do you think weight watchers points are easier than working out calories? x
 
Hey Rainbow! Thanks for posting :beating: Reckon all my packing will be done last min as well :( Luckily the contract on the new place starts on the 17th but we don't have to be out of our current flat until the 26th so we have extra time to move stuff thank god!

I really don't like the WW points concept as I much prefer calorie counting but I'll probably give it a go to begin with. It obviously works so may as well see if I can get used to it. Or do calorie counting and WW points for a while til I get used to it!

Left my stupid phone in a cab today and the weather is awful. 15mph winds outside my flat and I had to wait outside for 30 mins for the cabbie to drive it back :( Unimpressed!!

Got some healthy noms for night shift though. The night shifts always get me! I feel the need to snack all night! Got The Tudors to watch on DVD and good ol' Notting Hill :D

And nowww I'm slow-cooking a nummy chicken casserole. 3 chicken boobs diced up, carrots, peas, broccoli, onion, garlic, celery and lots of mushrooms with chicken stock and tin of tomatoes! Will have with pasta or rice, not sure yet :D

Breakfast: jelly pot (10)
Lunch: pom bears (97)
Dinner: casserole (400)
Snacks: string cheese (190)

Soooo tomorrow marks the new start of Weight Watchers. Went tonight and I'm allowed 36 points. Brought all I need to succeed (apart from weighing scales) so will start tomorrow!!

Sorry for short post--been working my butt off today (16 hours, oh haiiiii) and up in 7 for work again. Fat free vibeeees to everyone :beating:
 
Oh yay! Good on you for going! How was it? I bet it wasn't as scary as you thought it would be. Looking forward to your next few posts about how AWESOME you are going! :) x

Are you including your weekly points in that total? I guess you must be cause it seems a lot. I've been dubious about using my weekly points, I'm not sure I'll lose weight if I do :S It's all kinda confusing, argh!
