Thank you very much :D Quite excited for my next meeting now!!

Yesterdays food was pretty good--Had an unhealthy breakfast but a very healthy dinner of new potatoes and stuff :D Was lovelyyyy.

Not doing much today--Got some furniture being delivered anytime now and then I have work training 5-8pm which is annoying as that is the time between which I would normally have my dinner! Yank has a mate over tonight to play video games so I'll probably end up cooking for everyone when I get home from work to avoid the dreaded take-away!!

Was at work at 6am today and couldn't stomach breakfast that early and then came home and had a nap so I've not had anything yet today! About to have a cup of pasta in chicken stock with veg for lunch. Sounds weird but it's AMAZINGG. Like chicken soup with pasta! And very low in calories (aside from la pastaaa!)

Well, I have had the night from HELLLLLL. :nopity:

Not amused. Went out for a friends birthday (Frankie and Benny's is LETHAL for diets. I must have put on at least a million pounds.) and then we went into town and did far too many tequila shots. Evenutally arrived back at the new flat at 3am to realise that neither myself or Yank had keys. Hilarity ensues. Was amusing for the first 30 mins until the booze wore off and Yank had exhausted all trying to climb through windows options. Knocked on a few doors and got nothing, unsurprisingly. So walked about 2 miles to stay at a friends house, got to sleep at 5am and were up at 8 trying to get hold of our landlord. Couldn't get anything so went back to the flat to try and knock on some doors again. Ended up having to call a locksmith out which cost £65. A very expensive night!

Worst part is that I'm working a night shift tonight and although I've had a nap today, naps don't really compare to good solid sleep which I desperately need when I'm doing a night shift! So not amused! My life is still in boxes and I can't seem to make any time for myself to start unpacking! Must get organised!! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

So yeah, wasn't a very happy Sunflower today. *droops*

Food today will be fine. Had a "healthy living" sammich from co-op for breakfast which was 230 calories and now I'm about to have rice, new potatoes and a mini pizza for 834 calories. Then I'll have night shift noms!

Will hopefully have a more positive post soon!
 
Nooooo forgetting keys is the worst. Least it was nice weather to be locked out in ha.

Also, JAY! *tackles* I have missed your face round these parts! So glad you're posting again!!

Sorry I've been gone a while. Life is insaneeee. Work is kicking my butt and I finally got a day off so ran home to Reading for a well-needed rest! So just got back today. And now I'm working a night shift so must nap again! All this napping is mucho good for the waist-line I should imagine ;)

Weight loss is slow. After eating out so much last week I went to weight watchers on tuesday and had put on a pound which is very disappointing but expected. I've been very good since then, lots of veg and weight watchers meals and noooo eating out! Did have a bit of a breakdown after eating some special brownies. BUT, only had 3 slices of pizza whilst my very stoned friends ate one each!! :p I'm slowly learning!!

Today I have had raviloi (300 calories) and some sunbite healthy crisps (117) so not too bad considering it's already 4pm and I'm about to have an epic nap before work. If I skip dinner my well-needed sugar filled night shift snacks wont effect my calories too badly!!

Work has been very stressful. I got given a pay rise which is lovely but the work is very demanding. A boy I looked after at the very beginning of my job is critically and terminally ill and there has been lots of tears shared with the family and colleagues. His mum has just lost 3 stone using slimming world and is lending me some cooking books which is lovely.

Wont log food for today as it gets too complicated when I work nights but will be back tomorrow posting my little heart out, I'm sure ;) Am working in the evening after I've slept so wont have time to eat anything before dinner so calories should be okay for tomorrow. Unfortunately I have lots of treats coming up. London with my sister on thursday for a gig and a few days in London. Followed by 4 days off for my graduation and the parties that will shirrrrrley follow. And then I'm taking Yank to stay in a hotel in Bath for his 28th.

So, really need to pull my finger out (and put the cakes down!) for the next few weeks so the damage wont be too bad!!

Hey Sunflower - sorry to hear things are so complicated at work at the moment. Payrise is good news though! All those weird hours and stuff makes it very difficult to stay on the straight and narrow even without throwing a few "weird brownies" into the mix!!

You are still looking great in the pic though!

Hi Sunflower! So sorry to hear about the young boy. Those are the kinds of things that often challenge my belief in God. At the very least I get very angry at Him. My heart goes out to everyone involved, especially the little boy.

I understand not being able to post much. I was averaging 4 or 5 posts a week for most of the year and now I am barely posting 4 or 5 times a month. Life comes first, ya know?

For me, the sweets do me in. I can overeat lots of different foods and gain little weight but if I start eating a sweets I seem to gain a lot of weight. Not to mention it seems to also give me acne. So put that down, Sunflower! ;)
