Put that down, fatty!

I'm 21 in 3 weeks and 2 days! Lets see if I can drop that pesky 6 pounds before then! Or at least get my ass under 12 stone under 168 again! I love my body but I'd love to just lose that last little bit of muffin top type stuff :)

So yeah, I'll weigh in every few days:

You guys are so sweet :) I'm def still 170-171 right now. I'm pushing 5'11 though so I've never looked as big as I am I dont think. Very pleased with those photos though! Feel like my old self again. Last half a stone I think and then I'm done :) <3

That explains it. I was going to say that it's no fair that you look so thin and healthy at 171 when I still look all pudgy. But I guess being 6 inches taller will do that. You look amazing, congratulations!!!

Great pics, you look amazing. And I agree, you don't look 171 at all! You look way smaller! Congrats on coming so far, you should be so proud :)

hi, I am Nelson . I have taken the initiative to loose weight because my granny is yelling at me to look thin!!!

I hope that reading at the tips here will help me out in loosing considerable weight.
 
Yep, I think you should be very very proud of what you have done. To be within 7lbs of where you want to be is unbeliveably great and what an inspiration to the rest of us :D

So, my most recent diary "Fatty.2: Revenge of the Chub has been filled with shitty negativity on my behalf. I spent an hour going through this old thread of mine and I was SO positive and awesome and lost so much weight each week.
So I'm coming back to this thread. This time last year when my diary ended, I was working full-time (like I am now) and still losing weight. So, I'm using last years Sunflower as an inspiration for this years Sunflower!

Starting from tomorrow, calories will be below 1300 and I will exercise every day. I HAVE to do this. I got so tiny last year..I was so happy. Now I hate my body again and I deserve to love myself.

So yeah, I'll be back in this thread ladies and gents.

You know what they say, Sunflower, " A change is as good as a rest" even if the change is back to the old-lol. Good for you!! You can do this as you have already proven.

Well, was very well behaved last night...NOTTTT. But, I did say I'd start today. And I was far too drunk to eat dinner last night so that helped ;)

Today marks day one of my new start! Me and the lady I go to Zumba with are starting Weight Watchers again on tuesday. This is the same WW meeting I used to go to and lost 40lbs with so gonna be mega embarrassing going back a big ol' fatty again. Awh well! So that's next Tuesday. So gonna be super good until then!

Day 1.
Breakfast:
Lunch: 1 slice of toast (115) can of WW low-fat spag (100)
Dinner: mini kiev (300) rice (200)
Snacks: ryvita with laughing cow cheese (115) pom bears (97) WW hot choc (50)

Exercise: 1 mile walk is all :(

Having turkey kievs and rice for dinner tonight. Om nom nommmm. That's only 500 calories so need to bulk up a bit tonight. First time in FOREVER I've had to try to reach 1200. Feel better already!

Nah, it was the old system when I was there--Left just before they started pro-points! Very excited to start again, not so keen on the money it costs though!

Keeping calories low when I got up so early is harddd :( Back to work in like 30 mins until 730 though so should be okay. Supposed to be eating out tonight but going to ask Yank to bring me a sandwich to have whilst they have meal out I think.
 
Hey! Just flicked through your diaries - and I've gotta say, "put that down fatty" is SUCH a good and funny name for your diary. I might make it my own internal motto for when my naughty mitts are grabbing for the nearest chocolatey goodness...anyway I am in awe of your progress and feel certain you can achieve anything you set your mind to!
