Sorry I've been gone a few days. Moved house on Friday and it's been a little hectic! Currently using my phone internet! The new flat is SEXUAL. Will put some photos below. Am very pleased with it! Still moving mine and Conor's stuff over though and it's taking ages cus we don't have a car. Our roomie Marc is driving from Guildford today to help us and to do some cleaning as well which is good. But have a night shift tonight so need to be home by 6ish to have a nap before..Will have to see how much I get done I guess!!

Weight wise I've been following the points system for WW but really hating it. Am thinking I might go back to calorie counting but still go for my weigh ins and meetings and such. Got another one on tuesday so have to get healthy food in the house so I avoid all the beer!!

If you're not loving the points then it's probably best to go back to calories I think. You don't need to make it any more difficult for yourself!

Your flat looks gorgeous. I love the bath and your bed. Very jealous!
 
Your new flat is rather fabulous! That sofa looks made for having loads of laughs with your mates and some booze on a saturday night. Nice kitchen too, and I love the wallpaper and bedroom furniture, and the bathroom is sexy ;) Love the lighting and the ledge as well as the jacuzzi bath.

Thank you my lovelies :D I'm rather happy here. Been moving alllllll day. Ended quite badly because the boys went to the shop and I tripped over a box in my old room and fell and cracked my head on a table. Big bump and very sore :( Was sick for the next hour as well...Was tempted to go to the hospital but I feel less dizzy and sick now, thank god. Called in sick for my night shift though as I'm worried I might have a mild concussion due to the sickness and feeling faint.

Eating wont be great for tonight. I had pesto pasta (small bowl) for lunch and a packet of crisps mid-day but because it's sunday there are no shops open and don't have food for dinner so it'll probably be a take-away when everyone is back home later this evening.

Awh well, tomorrow is a new day. Will have to be very good as am getting weighed on tuesday night at Weight Watchers. Bollockkkks! Quite nervous.

Not much else to report really--Feeling headachey so going to avoid the computer for the rest of the evening.

Thanks for complimenting the flat! Am going to jump in the spa bath soon! Should ban the boys from ever using it ;)
 
Alrightyyyy then--It's a new day! Headache is really bad from yesterdays fall so going to hang out round the house today until work :)

You REALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLY REALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLY need to go get checked out if you hit your head badly enough to be sick. Can't emphasise that enough. It's a fragile bugger, and things can happen... just go check it out. Nothing to lose, maybe lots to gain.

Er yeah being sick after a head injury is not good. Especially if you were sick for more than an hour or so. And the fact you still have a headache now is also not good. I really think, like Amy said, you should at least ring NHS direct. You really cannot be too careful when it comes to your brain.

I know two young people who have incurred serious brain injuries simply from rough and tumble sports. It's scary shit. The likelihood is that you're fine but you're better to be safe than sorry.
 
Sorry guys--Yeah I'm fine, no need to be worried. :grouphug: Rung NHS Direct and they said I probably should have gone but if I feel fine now with no headache (it's goneeee!) then I should be fine :D

So today was my weigh in at Weight Watchers and I'm down 1.5 lbs which I'm uberrr happy with considering how much beer I drank this weekend! And the take-out pizza. That I ate alone. By myself. :piggy:

So yeah, 1.5lbs is good as far as I'm concerned. :sifone:

Didn't get any exercise today as have been mooching round the house all day. Had my "cheat meal" for the week (take out was the cheat meal over the weekend). I had 1.5 chicken breasts, marinaded in coriander and red pesto and then oven baked with olive oil and herbs on pasta with a mushroom and tomato sauce over it. And then mozzarella and half a low-fat garlic bread baguette.

Was delicious! But other than that I only had 240 calories today so my calories should still be under around 1300 or so.
