You look adorable in your pictures!! Cutie patutti!! :beating:!!

I AM BACK ON THIS!! CANT WAIIIIIT TO SEE THAT NUMBER DROP! Feeling VERY motivated again. Think it's the fresh salad and veg--Raw food really is awesome. Must pick up another of them!!

Great work Sunflower! Taking some of that motivation and running with it! We can do this!

Thanks for the squash info. We don't have it here in Canada and I never saw it in the US either.... Oh well, guess I miss out again.

Have fun shoppin and such! And way to get back on track!!

Take care!

They don't make squash here in Spain either but luckily there are so many British people live here that a lot of the typical english food is imported here.

I'm backkkk! Ate very well. Had an Indian take-out on the first night but I only had a small bit of rice and then something called a shashleck (sp?) which is just grilled chicken with roasted veg! Very yummy and not bad for you at all whilst everyone else had curries and naan!

Yesterday I had gammon steak (4oz) and a jacket potato and then came back to Portsmouth and had a small pizza, salad and rice with Yank. A very good day with NO snacks! Also did a BUTT-TON of walking with the dog and around Oxford and such. Very good few days!

Now..Back to work! Got a meeting with a new client in Fareham (bloody ages away) so I'm dragging Yank with me. It's a 30 min walk to the station and then a 30 min walk once I get to Fareham so that's an hours walk there and back! Great exercise for me as I cant get to the gym anymore! Not weighing myself but hoping for a good number when I stop my TOM tomorrow :D

Today I'm going to be good as well, even though it's my TOM and I want CHOCOLATE AND SWEET WINE AND CAKE!

Breakfast: toasted pitta bread (145)
Lunch: half a cucumber and low fat dip (50) low fat string cheese (54) crisps (129)
Dinner: 1 cup pasta and sauce with cheese (600)
Snacks:

Total:978
Exercise: 2 hr walk!

Well done on your Indian meal. I really don't think that I would have been able to not eat at least some curry and naan and I would have to have an onion baghi. That's why I'm avoiding Indian restaurants at the moment. :) Just reading about it has made my mouth water and thinking about it Indian food would probably tempt me more than any other. I'm glad that it is so expensive here so I usually only eat it when I go to England.

Thank lovely ladies--Indian takeouts are AMAZING so I think I did well resisting the curries. Although, the dish I had was actually NICER than any curry I've ever had and at only 458 for the WHOLE dish..It's pretty good compared to curries that are usually around 1000 a dish :D

Well, me and Yank had a busy weekend. I had a house-warming party last night and then had to get up for work this morning. Stupidly we didnt have dinner before people came over so I didnt eat and then drank a litre of wine. Bad plan. So calories are over for yesterday but only had a sandwich the entire day :( What a waste of calories!

Awh well, today has been better.

Breakfast: string cheese (54)

Aww hun I know just how hard it is working so much, must be ten times worse in your job, with all the emotional strain too.
Despite you putting on some weight, after not being on here for literally months I think you look absolutely fantastic!
Congratulations on finally starting the job, and on all the weight loss in between.
And on all that bloody exercise!
The chicken thing you had from the indian sounds amazing, and a great excuse to eat out :p

piggy, I've missed you! Hope you're well lady.

Thanks for all the well-wishes and such, all. I've had the week from hell. Been working literally all day every day but FINALLY had a day off today! So I'm actually able to get online. Been a very stressed out week. Family problems, money problems and more visa problems for me and Yank but we're working through it and coping. Supporting both of us on my wage isnt easy I'm so exhausted all the time..

But in good news, I'm down from 12 stone 4 and a half to 12 stone 3!

I think that's quite good considering I'm not "overweight" anymore. I've broken through my plateau I hope and I'm so glad to see the scales fall for the first time in like 3 weeks!

So I'm back to 12 stone 3..Hopefully can drop another pound this week! Slow and steady wins the race :)
Food for the last week has been okayish. Small lunch and big dinner but it seems to be working so I'll stick with it!

Hope everyone is okay and I'll try my best to update tomorrow.

Lots of love <3

I'm back for good now though :)
Not good that you're having a bad week though, I've been stressing out a bit, nothing too major, but then yesterday I had a massive shouting match with my mum and it just made me want to go pig out and ruin the diet, (I think I found my trigger!) but you seem to be able to cope with it much better :)
Hope you've not got another 7 days in a row working though?!

Glad to see the scale is moving again for you. I'm in that boat now, where I've only lost 3 pounds in a month (where normally it would be 8-12 or so).

Yeah, Mizzie, it's really disheartening. But we can't give up. As we get slimmer and stuff, it's going to take longer to see results..I remember when I started I lost 6.5lbs in ONE WEEK! Cant even imagine loosing two right now!!

Piggy, luckily I'm only working 12 hour days monday-thursday this week and then Friday I'm off on holiday to Northumberland with my parents and sister :D A well needed break, me thinks!

Yank's mum has had another break-down and has been arrested for assaulting a police officer. I'm glad she's in jail right now as she's not stable and needs medical help I think but still very stressful for me and Yank and family. One thing after another recently. Makes me want to comfort eat and drink but my drinking has been much better this week which may be why the scales have gone down.

I'm really sorry for not checking everyones diaries yet--Today is my only day off and I have a million things to do and need to catch up on my sleep and chores and stuff.

Yikes Sunflower - sounds like an awful family situation - poor old yank, he must be really worried about her. I hope she gets the help that she needs...and soon.

Enjoy Northumberland - dunno why, never been there, but it SOUNDS like the kind of place where you'll do lots of hiking and healthy things...is that right?!?!
