So, I went to the gym today! Finally! And had my last EVER exam which felt AMAZING. Now all I have to think about is work and diet!

Breakfast: 2 crumpets (150)
Lunch: At exam so now foods :(
Dinner: pizza (350) home-made chips (189)
Snacks: WW carrot cake slice (80) energy drink (120) small glass of wine (125)

Total:1014
Exercise: 400 calories at gym (6 miles) 1 hr walk 300 calories (3 miles)

I feel VERY free! Still got my third and final year to go but I chose modules that are only coursework so no more exams ;) Now for a Summer of earning money and weight loss!!

Found out today that I'm getting ANOTHER new client :) I got picked out of about 30 other care workers so I'm chuffed :) Although that's another 6 hours a week on top of my normal clients so I'm going to be exhausted. Worked 7-11 today but had a work meeting til 1pm so only home for a few hours and then back to work until 11pm! Finding it hard to make time for foods! Should be a good thing I guess ;)

Thanks again for all the kind words and comments. I love the support I get here--You've all made this weight loss a lot less stressful!! <3

Heyyy lovers--Sorry I've not been here for a few days. Have lots to catch up on but will get round to everyone elses diaries soon.

Been good with food over the weekend..Under or just over 1200 a day.
Not much exercise apart from walking because work has been insane..

Will be weighing in tomorrow morning and then once again on Tuesday for the June challenge. Think I'm only down about a pound though--figured it would slow down whilst I'm so busy with working.

Lunch: sausage and egg sammich (400)
Dinner: chicken kiev (300) small portion of rice (100) potato (250)

You're weight loss will be great I am sure :) And I bet it will feel so nice to be out of 170's! It sure was nice for me... glad you are back, we love you here:D

My goal for this week is to have NO CHEESE! None at all! When I started my diet I didn't eat any for the first 8 weeks but I've been slipping up and having some on pasta and such and not watching my portions as well as I used to. So yeah, no more cheese!

Had my first shift at 7am this morning so it's turning out to be a long day. Am home now for a few hours (might nap as only had 5 hours sleep :( ) and then back to work from 2:30-7. Got my food shop coming tomorrow and brought lots of healthy bits so that's all good :)

As for cheese...it is indeed a problem. It's amazing how it can try to crawl on top of one's pasta when one is not looking. Sneaky stuff! :biggrinjester:
 
Thanks ladies :) Weighed myself again and I've apparently dropped another .6lbs but I've got to weigh in tomorrow morning for the June challenge so we shall see then!!

I've eaten well today and stayed under my calories so happy girl today despite my 3 shifts at work! 12 hour days for the win!
 
Thanks Flumebot <3 I weighed myself this morning (It's 6:30 in the bloody morning!! *sobs*) and I've lost exactly 2lbs for the June challenge which is perfect for my goal :)

Andddd, I'm FINALLY out of the 170's! 168 feels pretty damn good :)

Had some bad news last night--A family friend passed away in their sleep yesterday morning so I was pretty sad..Stayed at work though and I'm off to work again at 7am this morning. Dedication! Poor Yank is exhausted from all the early mornings but he's busy writing his book and such so not too annoyed at me ;)

Looking forward to my food shop arriving today--loads of yummy (but healthy!) things arriving :D
