Put that down, fatty! (For the last time!!)

Thanks cate, feel very drained after a busy week so was lovely to read your comment. Thank you for always saying the right thing xo

Yesterday's food was way under because I had no time for breakfast or lunch. Cals came in at 800 for the day which is way low. Will be interested to see the scales tomorrow though!

Home soon after a busy morning, little nap and then a healthy dinner and a night of rewatching game of thrones :)

Never heard of that game!!

Well done on the swimming, how nice you had the pool all to yourself. I love it when the gym is empty too!!!

Good luck on your weigh in tomorrow!!

I admire you for all that you are doing. 10,000 steps is no joke. I was surprised when I found out how much work that is. Congrats

800 is pretty dang low! I hope you see the benefits. Just don't make that kind of intake a habit!

Thanks guys :)

215 today so another 1.5 off :) it's going in the right direction, finally! Just done a super healthy shop, 45 mins at the gym and then a lovely quiet swim afterwards to cool down. Feeling great :) Just want to keep it up!

Food today is a bit weird becauseeee I am just about to have a very late lunch with a friend at a cafe that literally only sells sausages, bacon, chips, burgers, or some variation of all 4. So may have to just have a coffee I think!! Anddd the yank is home early with Dreaded Man Flu so it's like having a giant baby wandering around the house whilst I'm trying to get stuff done. Poor chap.

Will log food later but dinner will be spicy pasta bakeeee.

Ha ha I sure don't always say the right thing at the right time. Just recently came out of a newbie's diary, with my tail between my legs :blush5:
You are doing so well sweetie! 1.5kg down, healthy shop, gym, swim......we're on a roll!!! xoxo
PS that cafe should be called a diner. Eeeuw!

Ugh, the Dreaded Man Flu. It brings even the toughest of them down. Guess it's good that you're getting out of the house for something fun!

Hiiiii everyone :patriot:

Sorry I've been a bit off the radar this week--It's been a busy one! I've started a new second job at some care homes for adults with learning difficulties and it is so much fun! Just my sort of thing and have settled in already but will now be doing 50-60 hours a week so time is going to be very short, especially with trying to swim 5 days a week too!

Haven't weighed in since my 215lbs a few days ago so hoping I'm still hovering around there. I've been swimming 3 times this week and am going tomorrow as well so I'll have got my exercise. I feel slimmer, my jeans are loose around my waist and I'm eating less shit in the evenings. I have another 2 weeks to do on this Dryathalon and I've mostly just gotten on with it. I've had a few moments where I've felt pissed off about not being able to have one. My little sister is down this weekend and we are all going over to a friend's for board games and drinks.. I've planned ahead and brought a 6 pack of diet coke and like 10 satsumas so I can just stuff my face full of fruit and drink my cokes and try and join in a bit. Not looking forward to it really--I am missing my wine.

Right, need to get back to logging my stupid food.

Lunch: pasta and sauce (400)
Dinner:
Snacks:

Great to hear your new job is such fun! And great job on sticking to your dryathlon AND the swimming dispite having little time.

I remember going to a friends house to watch a fight which usually meant drink a ton of beer. I drank diet soda like I would have drank beer and left burpy and hyper. Planning ahead is key. Sorry you still miss it. It takes a while, but if you are patient you will miss it less and less until not at all.

Thanks Q. I still had a really good night in the end...They all had Chinese food and I made up a salad and had loads of oranges and drank my diet coke and had a few tokes of what was being passed round and felt just peachy :D

We eneed up playing cards against humanity which is hilarious. Left Yank and my sister in bed (not together!!) And am sneaking away to the pool now :)

The pool was groovy--My underwater MP3 player is shit so looking into buying a better one when money allows as it gets quite monotonous just going back and forth. I've been researching some aerobics to do as well and I'm gonna head to an aerobic class in the pool tomorrow morning before work too. And I've brought some resistance gloves for the pool to! I'll be a mermaid any second, I'm almost certain ;)

Had a banana after my work out and making halloumi, bacon and warm new potato salad tonight with low-fat ranch. About 500 calories for the salad and then allowing another 300 for snacks this evening. Going to have a low-cal day today as I slept in until 11am and haven't done ANY walking apart from to the bus stop to go to the pool. Tomorrow I'll be back at work and at the merrrrcy of their food so going to have a skinny day and see what it does :)

Underwater MP3? Things I´d never have given a thought... But I can see the appeal. And reading how well you´re doing I just might be motivated to go swimming tomorrow!

LaMaria--They are really cool! It just didn't bloody work after the first go!! Cursessss. So waiting for some stuff to sell on ebay and then going to buy a new one.

Thanks Goldsboy :)

Yank's selling some metal gear solid poster signed by Hideo Kojima and it's already at £80 with lots of watchers so think we'll make a bit of money on that for our Amsterdam holiday!! 4 weeks til we go so going to keep on keeping on and drop some serious poundage before we go. Yesterday my calories were a little high I think.. Lets find out!

Breakfast: skipped
Lunch: banana after my swim (90)
Dinner: halloumi, bacon and new potato salad (500) spring rolls..very random (340)
Snacks: sunbites (101) seeds, chocolate raisins and dried banana mix (430)

Total: 1461
Exercise: 45 min swimming

Pretty on point for yesterday then, actually, although I had planned to have a super low cal day.

Today I am working until 22:30 & will be having dinner at work so will see how it goessss!
