and your so right... I think this month will def be the toughest... I've been told that it takes 28 days to make a habit of something so maybe it will be a bit eaiser after that
And Khaleda.. It doesn't matter if we aren't identical.. lol... we toally have the same goal and thats awesome!!!
Things have been going good... I did kinda eff up on my diet last night.. whooops!.. everything was good until I went to my fav vegan place... Fresh... and they have THE BEST chocolate cake EVER... oh god... at least I shared it with my friend Danielle... I won't beat my self up for it though... ( well I will subconciously a little)
and I did take the day off from the gym... a bit sore...
but today!!! I have a spinning class at 6:45 wich I am pumped for. I have never tried it and I've heard that you either LOVE it or you HATE it.. so I'm hoping I love it.
This is what I have eaten so far today..
Breakfast- 3/4 c granola 1/2 c soy milk
Snack- 3 mini clementines
Lunch- Greens Salad (avacado, cranberries, walnuts, tomatos) with balsamic
and tasty tasty homeade broccoli and white bean soup.
