ABiscuits and sweets

Yup this is me I love love love all the things I shouldn't and eat them to excess. Over the past nearly three years I've piled on 4.5 stone eeeeekkkkk

It's time to change though. Approaching my 32nd birthday in this unhealthy state is soooooo not good. I've lost tons of weight before so I know I can do it. I also fall into bad habits really easily which is why I'm back at square one.

My mini goal is "12 weeks to glow" in this time I want to lose 21lbs.

Current weight 257lbs
1st Target is 236lbs.

I just need a little support along the way so I don't fall off the wagon.

I'm already panicking about tomorro. I'm not at home and need to buy breakfast and lunch while at work.

Any healthy suggestions welcome so I don't buy a Bacon and potato scone roll with brown sauce **drool** will be greatly received.

Hope to get to know some of u guys along the way :)
 
AGood day today

Breakfast - banana and muller light yogurt

Lunch - tuna salad and an Apple

Snack - ryvita thins x2 with hummus

Have a real sore head tho could be because I'm tired or that I have had no Pepsi max today that's caused it :(
 
Good for you and your new plan.

My weakness is not sweets...Its burgers and fries and well....practically anything fried.


I have been returning to this site ever since I lost 60 lbs back in 09-10


I have gained abou 10-15 back so I have returned.

AI don't think my new diet has agreed with me...I'm now floored with a bout of food poisoning :( although at least I'm not eating anything but man I feel real bad :(
 
I cant say I recommend the food poisoning diet but it will slow down your urge to eat for a bit.


Fight through it but take care of yourself...that stuff can be serious
