put an inch on your arms in 24 hours!

I saw this artical in a muscle magazine, and thought, what the hell...theres no way. What you do is pretty much train all day, thats overtraining. You dont gain muscle when your lifting either. Isint this stupid?...Or is there realy any way to put an inch on your arms in a day?
 
Welll...I actually went through that entire routine about a year ago maybe...it was like 2 semesters ago, so around 9 months or whatever. You work your arms for 5 hours and they lay out what to eat, how to do what and when, and how long the rests are. I've experimented with a lot of different programs, had 5 hours to kill between exams and thought...what the hell.

I gained nearly an inch due to all the swelling and sadly almost all of it was gone within a few days. It's a waste of time, I felt like crap going into the 3rd hour...not worth it.
