Pushup Routine for adding more mass?

Hey guys, I've been doing bodyweight exercises for a while now, but alas, finally hit a plateau. I'm actually looking at changing part of my workout for upper body, and wanted to get some opinions. Here's the new workout:

- Using resistance bands that add about 150-250 lbs to my bodyweight.
- Doing 1 set each of the following with my body Flat, Inclined, and Declined:

Hands: Close grip - 8-12 Reps
Shoulder width - 8-12 Reps
Wide Grip - 8-12 Reps

Knuckles Vertical: Close grip - 8-12 Reps
Shoulder width - 8-12 Reps
Wide Grip - 8-12 Reps

Knuckles Horizontal: Close grip - 8-12 Reps
Shoulder width - 8-12 Reps
Wide Grip - 8-12 Reps

I figured this would allow me to hit all parts of my chest as well as all heads of my triceps.

Has anyone done anything similar to this, if so, what were your results?
