I do bench press in my workout routine everyweek. I have not done any pushup for a while, because I thought bench press works on my chest and arms, so it's not neseccery to do pushup. Yesterday, I tried to do some push-up. I was surprised that I can only do 40 consecutively. I could do about 60 before. So my question is bench press doesnt increase the strength and endurance in your arms? I bench about 135 reguarly by the way.
