Push/pull or full body

Just wondering what everyones opinion is. Better to do 3 full bodys a week or a push pull legs routine? Ive been getting opinions on both ends of the spectrum. Also I'm looking to add lean muscle and not necessarily bulking. I prefer the full body cuz i hit the major muscles 3 times a week, but i really don't know what a push/pull routine would look like.
 
technically its push/pull/legs. Push day is chest/triceps, and maybe front delts. Pull day is back, biceps, lateral and rear delts and possibly abs. Leg day of course is legs, and possibly abs.

Adding lean muscle IS bulking. Bulking doesn't necessarily mean you want to look like He-Man, just that you're attempting to increase muscle mass.
 
I'd like to try full body's, but I have to lift over my lunch hour, which only gives me a max of 35 minutes, and I just don't think I could work each muscle group enough.
 
I do a different muscle group (or set of synergistic muscle groups) each day of the week.

On a good week, one of my days will be for full body circuit training.
