Pump

Recently i have lost my pump in the gym. i used to get a massive pump and its goooone? what have i done?
 
have you tried changing yor routine?
Your body is very resiliant and will adapt to your workout.
Keep lifting heavy and change up your routine every so often to keep those gains coming.
There also is a possibility that you are in a valley. You won't always see tremendous gains. There will be times things just slow down. Keep it up.
One last thing to consider: when was the last time you took a week off from training? Rest is one of the most important factor to weight training that is often overlooked.
